It should works with controller together. Can not support 4 pin or 5 pin LED strip . This SPI signal amplifier is compatible with all kinds of 5V-TTL signal. It receives one signal and simultaneously output 4/8 outputs signals. Each same can control the same quantity of LED pixels as main controller.

Work with all the addressble programmable LED strip controller , like SP511E SP611E SP601E SP621E SP108E SP105E SP106E SP107E SP110E SP608E SP602E Arduino R3, Rasp Pi, ESP8266, K-1000C, T-1000Setc.
