Conditions of Order
All orders placed via the Site or via the print catalog are subject to the terms of this Agreement, including the following Conditions of Order. No change, alteration, deletion or modification of any of this Agreement is permitted without written permission by an authorized SOLEPRICE representative. Any purported change submitted by a purchaser in any additional documentation is hereby expressly rejected. Orders placed on forms deviating from these terms and conditions may be accepted, but solely on the basis that the terms of this Agreement will prevail.
  1. Order Validation and Acceptance.
    When you place an order, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address and/or tax exempt identification number, if any, before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the Site is an offer to purchase our Products. SOLEPRICE may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the Product, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by SOLEPRICE until the Product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or other contact information you have provided with your order.
  2. Electronic Communication.
    When you place an order via the Site, you are required to provide a valid email address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of backordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that SOLEPRICE will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid email address.
  3. Pricing.
    SOLEPRICE Website quotation and related services are only been calculated in U.S. dollars and settlement of the currency, if the U.S. currency is not within the scope of the use of national or regional customers, please exchange rate for the corresponding conversion according to their own countries or regions. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
  4. Product Information.
    SOLEPRICE website type of product, product description and parameters, the relevant pictures, video and other information are provided by Internet and relevant suppliers, SOLEPRICE website do not shoulder the responsibility for the information's accuracy, integrity, legality or authenticity. In addition, SOLEPRICE website or any use or provide information businesses and their risks on this website do not shoulder any responsibility.
  5. Payment.
    SOLEPRICE offers the several convenient payment methods by US dollars, including PAYPAL, Credit Card, Master Card, VISA, American Express, Western Union, Wire Transfer. Payment must be made in the currency in which the order was placed. If you have other payment terms, please contact SOLEPRICE customer service.
  6. Shipping Charges
    Shipping or freight charges, insurance and destination customs duties will be paid by the customers. Transportation of goods is committed by international freight forwarding company which is commissioned by the SOLEPRICE. Customers pay the freight cost to international freight forwarding company through SOLEPRICE. You understand and agree that in order to facilitate convenient transactions and increase logistics efficiency, SOLEPRICE, in its own name, entrusts the international freight forwarding company to transport the goods you purchased on SOLEPRICE. You understand and agree that the related party of SOLEPRICE or any freight forwarder commissioned by SOLEPRICE will be able to use your order information during the transportation phase. The freight cost you pay is the full price charged by the international freight forwarding company. SOLEPRICE only collects the freight cost and settle with the international freight forwarding company. SOLEPRICE only provides technical and settlement convenience for this purpose, we don't prepay the freight cost incurred by your order.
  7. Banking fee.
    For wire transfer we charge US$15.00 banking fee, for PAYPAL and Credit Card we charge 3.5% service fee of total amount, for western union there no banking fee.
  8. Handling Charge.
    There is no minimum order or handling fee.
  9. Freight Damage and Return Policy.
    If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit, it is important to keep the shipping carton, packing material and parts intact. Please contact SOLEPRICE customer service immediately to initiate a claim. All returns should be made within 30 days of date of invoice and be accompanied by the original invoice number, certificate of guarantee card, part's picture and a brief explanation or test report of the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Parts returned due to customer error at time of quote or sale will not be accepted.
  10. Customs problem.
    SOLEPRICE quotations are FOB price, we do not responsible for destination countries customs clearance.
    If customer's parts were detained or seized by customer's local customs, SOLEPRICE can provide some documents for customers, but SOLEPRICE do not responsible for customs clearance, SOLEPRICE do not pay customs fee, it's all customer's duty to clear the parts from customer's local customs.
    SOLEPRICE will not ship again if parts were detained or seized in customer's local customs, there no refund of the payment.
  1. Duties and responsibilities.
    SOLEPRICE is a professional B2B and B2C trading platform, and we can only inspect the exterior condition of the goods, but not inner function. Returns within 90 days will be accepted, however, customers have no rights to prosecute SOLEPRICE for nonfunctional goods, also have no right to ask extra compensate. SOLEPRICE is a service platform, we are not manufacturers, we are just supply the service, help customer to purchase the products which they need. SOLEPRICE reserve the right of final explanations.
